J.JINDRA s.r.o. is a well-established company with an ambition to grow, thrive and, above all, continually improve its quality management system. The company’s policy aims to make all our business processes efficient and effective for the benefit of our customers, trading partners, employees and all stakeholders, with a focus on compliance with all legislative, environmental, safety and ethical requirements.

In accordance with the adoption of our quality management system, the company’s executive team has fully embraced the CSN EN ISO 9001:2016 / ISO 9001:2015 standard and will implement the principles set out in the standard across the company as well as in our interactions with clients, employees, suppliers and the public.

In customer relations, we are committed to:

In terms of quality, we are committed to:

  • Using all means available and doing our best to consistently ensure the high quality of our services,
  • Continually improving our quality management system in accordance with the CSN EN ISO 9001:2016 / ISO 9001:2015 standard,
  • Living up to our Code of Ethics through our behaviour, corporate culture and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Investigating risks across the company and eliminating critical points through an effective quality management system,
  • Providing the necessary organisational, human and financial resources to maintain and develop quality management systems.

In order to implement this policy, the company applies, develops and improves its quality management system with a focus on efficient and effective fulfilment of all the quality parameters of our services in all phases of business cases, including compliance with the legislative requirements of the market and with the laws applicable to the company’s operations. This approach prevents pollution, mitigates the negative impact of our business on the environment, creates a healthier and safer workplace, and, last but not least, improves customer satisfaction.
